ABOUT THE BROKER

Marea Investment is managed by Jeff Fisher. Jeff, who is originally from Philadelphia, is an actively licensed member of the National Association of Realtors ^® with a undergraduate degree from Temple University and a master’s degree from Neumann University. After repeated trips to Mexico’s Yucatan and some successful real estate ventures in Tulum, Jeff decided to move his family down to the Riviera Maya full time. Jeff lives, works, plays, and continues to invest in the area. When not working, Jeff can be found spending time with his family and their new baby girl, or sneaking off to get some time in kite-surfing or paddle boarding with one of his two dogs.

Whether you are a first time condo buyer or a seasoned investor, you will not find a more professional, knowledgeable, and ethically minded broker than Jeff Fisher. His experience, education, and his local contacts are surprisingly rare in this part of Mexico where there is very little regulation in the real estate market. THE TEAM

Made up of professionals from the US, Canada, and Mexico, all of our agents and support staff live here in the Riviera Maya with their families and friends and are committed full time to the real estate profession. The days of “anything goes” and the “part-time realtor/bartender” are over. Marea Investment is committed to long term relationships and gaining more satisfied clients that end up turning into neighbors, friends, and business partners. We do not want to just sell our clients a condominium. We aim to educate them about the area and show them all possible opportunities so they can make a well-informed decision.
