The most commonly used method is a safe, established, and perpetually renewable Mexican Property Trust called a “Fideicomiso”. If you are investing in several properties your other option would be to buy property through a Mexican corporation that you can set up very quickly. This is very similar to setting up a LLC in the U.S. and can be completed in a few short days.
